| Qualification Computer Operator – Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary or Class 12 from a government-recognized Board/Council. Candidates must possess a minimum of six months’ completed diploma/certificate in computer proficiency from a government-recognized institution in Assam (no breaks in qualification are admissible), and must have computing knowledge in both Assamese and English languages. Candidates must possess a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools, independent of any operating system (e.g., MS Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.), including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, content database, internet, and email. | |
