Assam Govt Holiday list 2024
On all public holidays in Assam, all central and state government offices are usually closed. Every year in November, Assam government releases the list of holidays. Based on previous year holidays, we have listed the holidays here in Assam Govt Holidays List 2024.
There are a total of 36 holidays in the list including both national and local holidays. The main holidays are Christmas Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Independence Day and Republic Day. Several regional holidays are also celebrated, including Durga Puja, Magh Bihu and Bohag Bihu.
