Chief Minister of Assam Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma Launched the MMLSAY Scheme a Medical Reimbursement Scheme of the State Government that aims at Providing Medical Reimbursement to Government Employees including government pensioners and their families of state.
State Government Employees and Pensioners under Assam MMLSAY can register themselves for the Medical Reimbursement. Beneficiaries can also Register their family members.

This Scheme is also similar to the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana Key Features
State Government employees will be considered to be a member under the scheme and the monthly subscription will be deducted as per the Grade of the employee by the respective DDOs.
Database of Government pensioners collected from Pension Seva Kendras and “Kritagyata”.
Employees will have the option to continue with the existing manual medical reimbursement model and opt out of being a member of MMLSAY at any future point in time.
Government employees and Government pensioners are to register in the online medical reimbursement scheme i.e. MMLSAY and submit all personal details of themselves and their dependents.
Existing CGHS package rates and procedures will be incorporated in MMLSAY with some additional features, which may be revised from time to time.
All Government employees and pensioners drawing salary and pension from the State Exchequer will be eligible to register themselves under the scheme.
